What motivates me
As a former marine ecologist, complex systems are my lifeblood—I’m happiest when creating order from chaos. I nerd out on streamlining how something works, be it a user experience, design system, org, or rhythm of business. As a leader, I’m deeply motivated by helping others succeed and building up the people around me.
